Who can become a Member?

All individuals interested in Tamil language and culture are welcome to join the Tamil Sangam as a member.

Why Should I become a Member?

  • Member Exclusive Benefits - Members get exclusive benefits from sponsors.
  • Tamil School - For the upcoming Tamil School Year (2024-25), to honor our members, $20 will be waived from your kids School Tuition Fees.
  • Monthly Calendar - Our monthly calendar includes India and USA holidays, major events, and other important information.
  • Summer Picnic - Members have the opportunity to spend a fun-filled weekend with other members at our annual summer picnic.
  • A space for young talent to shine - We provide a platform for children to showcase their talents.

Why we have to pay membership fees?

Your contribution to the Tamil Sangam's membership will help us to organize programs of interest to the Tamil community.

  • We make every effort to bring celebrities to our events whenever possible.
  • By offering discounted Tamil School fees, we encourage new members to enroll their children in Tamil language classes.
  • Our members receive a free monthly calendar with local and Indian holiday details as a reference.
  • Free entry fee tickets for all cultural programs during the calendar year for 2 adults (i.e., You & Your Spouse) + your dependent children (2) only (Pongal, Chithirai Thiruvizha, Deepavali).
  • Discounted tickets for special events arranged by other organizations that are sponsored / supported by the Tamil Sangam.
  • Free entry fee tickets for all cultural programs during the calendar year for 2 adults (i.e., You & Your Spouse) + your dependent child ( 1 ) only (Pongal, Chithirai Thiruvizha, Deepavali).
